Return Policy

Any shipped items different from the product description or damaged during the shipping process can be returned immediately. If you receive faulty goods, you are sure to have the right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.

The following Requirements need to be met for Return Request

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the original labels still attached.
  • Underwear/Panties/Thong/Bra Sets cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless in a sealed and unopened packet.

Suspicious Fraudulent Activity

Whenever and Wherever we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact our customer service team and we will discuss the matter with you further.

Cancel or Edit Your Order

As soon as you place your order, we’re on it – we know you need it fast! Unfortunately this means we will be unable to make any changes as it’s already being processed at the warehouse (literally within seconds!). You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.

Normally, refund is not available if the shipped products are neither faulty nor damaged. Nevertheless, any purchase in bulk, which equals 200 EUR or more purchase in ONE time, is qualified to apply for refund if reasonable reasons or persuasive evidence can be provided. However, please note that We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If We refund you the price paid before We are able to inspect the Products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount. Additionally, delivery charge should be reduced from your refund if you submit the request for refund after the products have been delivered.
